A small Vietnamese restaurant located on the outside area of what I would describe as a small business park (I think I came in at an entrance that made it a little hard for me to find this place at first - no biggie). They specialize in banh cuon or layers of rice sheets layered with meats if wanted and topped with aromatics and veggies (and served with Viet pork sausage on the side if desired). This is eaten with a fish sauce based dip. I love this dish, but it's hard for me to find this on the menu in the area where I live. I guess I would describe it as a cross between savory pancakes and lasagna (?). If you are unfamiliar, I would say this place is an excellent representation of this dish and I'm a huge fan. When I came in I was seated promptly and they were ready to take my order right away. I've been eating this all my life, but am not able to get it too often so I suffered from a little indecisiveness, but went with the #1 Dac Biet Banh Cuon - I figured it would cover all the stuff I want with it. Chili and sauce is provided at the table and you can mix to your spice level liking. Just really delicious and the prices are very reasonable. On the way to the bathroom, I was even able to get a glimpse of them making the banh cuon. Very cool. It seemed like a lot of the other businesses were closed on the weekend, so I was able to find parking in the lot very easily.

They make banh cuon just like how people do in Vietnam!!! Service was quick and the place seemed clean. Their banh tom ho tay was...not good tho so. I wouldnt even call it banh tom to be honest. It's more like two fried shimps on top of fried sweet potato sticks. So this review is for banh cuon only bc it's their specialty.

Absolutely loved this place! I wanted to try a little bit of everything but I was warned by my friends that they give very generous portions. I definitely took it as a challenge still. I ordered the number special that came with a little bit of everything, pork, dried shrimp, and plain, I also got the fermented pork cubes and this was solid as well, and lastly I got the grilled pork and veggies rice paper roll. Combo Special- Loved every bite of it. The sauce on the table coupled with the chili paste was out of this world. Rice paper was silky smooth and you could just slurp it up no problem. Just thinking about it is making my mouth water. Fermented pork - Absolutely delicious. I couldn't stop popping these in my mouth. It wasn't too salty, and had a lot of garlic flavor, partially because there is a giant piece of garlic on top and a piece of jalapeno as well. The jalapeno gave it a nice little kick. Meat was tender and oh so delicious. Grilled pork and veggies roll- Delicious! It sort of reminded me of the dim sum rice noodle rolls. Texture was on point. The veggies added a nice crispy element to the soft and silk rice paper. Pork was nicely grilled and was hittin' the taste buds nicely. Super solid spot.

This is one of my go to places for Banh Cuon because it has good portions, good appetizers, and it's easy to access. What I mean by that is there's tons of parking, it's not hard to find and there's a decent chunk of seats. There aren't that many tables for huge groups (8+) though. HOWEVER, if you're going on the weekend it is poppin' so send a delegate to grab a table. For me, I love the banh cuon thit. It's a classic and I like that every plate has a bunch of toppings such as cha, eggrolls, and much more. If I'm with a group or really craving it, I get their Banh Tom Chien. It's never failed me before.
